1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on TubeLocks.com (software, licenses, digital tools) are digital downloads. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been downloaded or license activated.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
The product was not delivered (no download or license issued).
The product is proven to be defective and we cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days of support contact.
You were charged more than once for the same product.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Buyer’s remorse.
Incompatibility with unsupported systems.
Misuse or failure to follow installation instructions.
3. Refund Process
